We've found the place where we fit in,

What is so rare as a day in June------"

June 1st was an extra Red Hat Day - taking a trip on the new Sky Train route to the Vancouver airport. As it turned out only a handful took advantage of the day. The adventurers were Baroness Bernice, Baroness Travel Bug, Baroness Chocolatte, Queen Ladybug and Marilyn who is Ladybugs daughter-in-law . It was a very interesting ride, even though there was a lot underground. We saw a beautiful part of the airport, fancy floors and colorful tiled walls. It was decided to do the trip again at a later date and stay a little longer next time. Watch for dates.

The regular Baroness gathering was on June 15th and held at the Sunshine Coast Golf Club in Roberts Creek.
Again, where was everyone?? We were given a nice table in an alcove by the windows and found it very comfortable as we could hear each other quite easily. Six happy Baronesses were in attendance and had a good time with lively conversation. The 50/50 was held and won by Baroness Bev. Baroness Fushia donated a cute prize which was won by - guess who? Baroness Bev!! We closed the gathering by each one telling something interesting about themselves that no one knew before - very enlightening!!
Only one picture this time as the "unorganized" Queen forgot to change batteries in her camera!
The next gathering - tentatively planned for "The Old Boot" on
Tuesday July 20th. At 11:30 am.
